Mixed Berry and Pineapple Electric Smoothie

3 Bananas or 1 large extra ripe Cavendish banana

1/4 cup blueberries

1/4 cup strawberries

1/4 cup raspberries

1/4 cup blackberries

1 cup fresh pineapple

2 pitted dates

1 tsp Chia seeds*

1 tsp Flax seeds*

1 tsp Hemp seeds*

1 tsp fresh peeled and diced ginger

6 ice cubes

1 cup water

1. Grind all seeds in spice grinder.

2. Add ground seeds and all remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!

*Seeds and/or grinding are not absolutely necessary, but it does change the nutritional value of the smoothie
