
3 bananas or 1 large extra ripe Cavendish banana
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Strawberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup Blackberries
2 pitted dates
1 tbsp hemp seeds*
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup peanut butter
6 ice cubes
1 cup water
1. Grind hemp seeds in spice grinder.
2. Add ground hemp seeds and all remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy!
*Hemp seeds and/or grinding are not absolutely necessary, but it does change the nutritional value of the smoothie
