
1/2 large papaya
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 burro bananas or 1 large cavendish banana
4 strawberries, tops removed and cut in half
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of blueberries
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup buckwheat groats
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/8 cup cacao nibs
1/8 cup mixed nuts
Chocolate tahini sauce*
1. Cut papaya in half and remove seeds. Store other half in fridge and enjoy later on.
2. Spread peanut butter into bottom of the papaya boat
3. Slice bananas into papaya boat
4. Add all other ingredients
5. Drizzle chocolate tahini sauce

*Recipe for chocolate tahini sauce
1/2 tsp light tahini
1/2 tsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp date syrup
2 tsp water
Add all to bowl and whisk with fork until smooth. Add more date date syrup if your prefer it sweeter.
