Food can either heal us and keep us in perfect working order or it can bring dis-ease to our bodies. High blood pressure, diabetes, and even acne are all examples of food induced problems.
By eating a fresh, whole foods, mostly organic diet of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, we give our bodies the best chance at health and longevity.
It is advised to shop for fresh fruit and veggies at your nearest farmers market or fruit and vegetable stand where you'll be able to save money and eat fresher local foods that are in Season too!
